Will they develop a new dual layer drive that will increase the speed when rec. to the 2nd layer of a DVD disc. Ya know how some drives say

Just going by how new things have developed in the past, I assume as time goes on you will see dual layer speed increase and probably -R format to show up also. As the old saying goes, Nothing in the universe is constant.
