HELP!!! Dell 2300MP or InFocus ScreenPlay 5000

I recntly decided to buy a projector, but I am having a real herd time making a decision. The room is 15'x20' and the light is controlable, I plan on using 106" 16:9 screen. The two projectors are the Dell 2300MP With 2300 ANSI lumens brightness and 2100:1 contrast, native XGA (1024x768) and is 4:3... the other projector that I am concidering is the InFocus ScreenPlay 5000, it has 1100 Lumens and 1200:1 Contrast Ratio, resolutions of up to 1280x720 and native 16:9.... PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
