i can't run the .exe file...comdlg32.ocx not registered..or a file is missing..wtf..anybody help me

Do you need a modchip/ swap magic disk / gameshark, ARE ???? or can you just download the files and run them like normal.

razor i got my diskidinsertor from ps2tools.tk and when i run the dnas_id.exe i get that same exact error. Anyone know what the problem is?
