Hi,

Just wondering on your recommendations for the easiest MP3 to Audio cd converter around?

It would also need to rip from Cd Audio to MP3.

Try CDex

Remember that ripping to MP3 is actually a 2-stage process.
The CD audio is ripped to harddisk in WAV format.
Then, the WAV is compressed into MP3.
CDex can also decompress MP3s back into WAV format (ugh - try to avoid if poss.)
You can then burn low-fi CDs with any burning software ie. Nero
