WinMX is also v. good - very easy GUI. I've stopped doing it, though - I feel the chilly blasts of the law breathing down my neck with every new article about prosecutions of small-time downloaders. It's rubbish, though, isn't it? I mean, I have always bought lots of music & I continue to do so. No one is losing a sale off me. If I like a download I buy up the bastard's back catalogue at MusicZone. What more do they want?

eMusic has a good deal. Download 50 free LEGAL mp3s and then cancel if you don't want to keep the monthly service. You can download full albums. I tried it a year ago. Cancelled online without a problem.
