i have looked and looked but none of the sitea have a bl**dy download for this bios, could sum1 pls pls pls pls pls pm me a link to a site or point me in the right direction? im a newbie so im useless

thanx, i downloaded it and flashed my xox with it, od u need to press the read button or not? cos when i turn my xbox on it still is normal dash and backups dont work?

Sounds like the chip is not turned on, check the manual, somtimes you need to hold the white button or somthing when you push power to turn on with the chip.
