Hello brothers...

After trying to rip a Region 2 PAL with DVD Decrypter I get the following message on my 3 DVD drives.

Device: whatever
Media region code is mismatched to logical unit region!

Logical unit region code: 1
Media region code: 2

The slower 'Brute Force' cracking methods will be used instead of I/O Key Exchange.

Visit http://www.rpc1.org for Region Free (RPC Phase I) Firmware.

Well, I wouldn't mind decrypting in Brute Force if it wasn't for this message 3 seconds after I start decrypting:

Brute Force Cracking Failed!

Device: ...
File Name: VTS_01_0.VOB

Reason: The algorithms failed.

Strange thing is this DVD is disc 2 of a movie and I had no problems with disc 1. Can anyone please help. Should I install that thing on the rpc1 place?

thx

Have you got a program such as `anydvd` running in the background?
Anything to sort out the region issue.

Email me if I don`t reply to a previously answered post. I`m probably fishing :)
