PS2 CD Backup Lagging/Jumping w/ DMSv3

I made a copy of my Action Replay v3. I tried burning it several times using TDK CD-R Media. Everytime I load the CD in my PS2 it works to a point where you can hear audio and partially menu's...but it visually lags on the screen...basicly jumping. I have always had problems backing up CD-R's. I even tried burning Arv3 to DVD..that ofcourse does not work. Most people say try burning at lower speeds, but my burner dosn't really have a low speed for CD-R's. I also tried burning it to Comp USA's 4x CDRW Media...Same problem. I tried Alcohol 120%, Clone CD, CDRWIN, even DVD Decrypter. Anyone have a solution?
