Copied my softmodded C:\ to friends unmodded

Well my friend wants his XBOX hacked so I took a copy of my C:\ drive and went to delete his and the only existing files I couldnt delete in his C:\ were xbox.xft and xboxbook.xft its important to note that the files I couldnt delete WERE NOT in the fonts folder. So when I put all the stuff from my C:\ into his and then he has my HD {minus the xbox and xboxbook .xft that I couldnt delete}. Next I restart the xbox, I see the Phoenix that comes up when PBL loads but its ALL distorted and fragmented and messed up. I was messing with my evox.ini the other day to have it play PAL games but I did put it back, Im just wondering what if any difference that would make. Sorry if this question wasnt typed right but essentially all the infos there :).
