Action Replay Max Swap Magic problem

I have a major problem with my back up version Action Replay Max bootin up. I use the swap magic to load it up. Then the action replay max starts to load up and u know it takes a while. Then once it loads up your user data (i guess information from the dongle). It will freeze up. I look almost everywhere in the forum to see if anyone has had the same problem. but i guess not.

Can anyone help me
