Swap Magic DVD 2.0 Problem!

Hi,

I have just pruchased the swapmagic3 package. The CD boot disc works perfectly however the DVD 2.0 (blue) boot disc will not load at all. Anyone know how to fix this?

note: I have a neo 2.2 modchip if this changes anything

what dvd disks are you using? r or rw?
