i have preordered swap magic v3.3 off of this website

and on the title it says {USA BUILD} and i have uk build, PAL ps2 which is version 7, will this work on my ps2

no the usa NTSC build won't work on a PAL ps2 you need the PAL version

Or you need to swap it with an earlier version of swap magic, but that makes no sense to do.
Or a modchip but that makes no sense to do too.
