swap magic won't boot

I recently got the swap magic disc and flip top cover, The first time I tried to use it, it worked fine. Now, I load the disc and it starts to boot makes it all the way to the insert disc screen. The screen appears for a split second turns blue around the edges and then it goes black. The disc does not stop spinning. Anyone who can help please speak up. I have a bunch of games I want to play and can't!! Including GTA San Adreas!!

try booting the disc without the pad plugged in to make sure you haven't got a sticky botton on your joypad
