RAM to MP3 or ?

I just downloaded streambox and it seems to be working okay. what I need to do next convert the .RAM files into something I can listen to on the ipod machine like MP3 for example.
Can anyone offer advice?

This is a free converter and is very fast.
It will work with all versions of RealPlayer up to RealOne. If you want to use it with RealPlayer 10, you need to copy and rename some codec .dll files as shown here.
