I have a PAL PS2 with modchip and swap magic discs...Will NTSC backups run on my PS2? if not is there some sort of conversion software I can download?

the swapmagic discs will boot your NTSC games but your tv needs to support the NTSC tv signal

if you boot your NTSC backup and it's in black and white try booting it this way, load up your swapmagic cd(must be v3 or higher) and select PAL for video mode, press eject and insert swapmagic dvd, wait for toc to refresh then swap by flip/slide for backup, press x

I tried booting it like ya said Devil.. And it starts up in colours and all..But after about 2 mins the games hang up..That has happened with every game I tried... Any idea why?
