swap cd 3.2 dvd 2.0 can't play dvd backup

I am having a problem getting a DVD backup of Ratchet and Clank Up Your Arsenal to work. I have Swap Magic 3.2 CD and 2.0 DVD with a flip top. The process I have tried is:
1. insert SM 3.2 CD
2. insert cdLoader fix disk
3. push eject and put in SM 2.0 DVD
4. put in backed up DVD and press X

The screen goes black and the DVD continues to spin, but never starts. Any advice would be appreciated.

when cd loader loads, hit x, and select 5v3 NO PN option.

dwesol can I get a copy of the cd loader. All that I have downloaded and burnt will not load. Thank you.
