Hey Guys, Ive used yalls site several times for reference and decided to join. Now my questions is this, I have a blah blah blah 30001 R playstation 2. (blah = same ver. letters)I am looking to back up my games. so far i have tryed to game shark trick

1)Insert Gameshark
2)Let load
3) "INSERT GAME CD"
4) insert game cd WITH OUT pressing Eject

did not work, i think the ver of GS i have is updated or somthing, because when step 3 comes it automaticly ejects. so i fixing to by a SWAP MAGIC dics was wondering if the following method would work

1) Back up game using gameXcopy
2) Burn to DVD+R
3) Use SWAP MAGIC

yep, your version of gameshark wont work. Does your ps2 play +r movies (it might not be able to play +r discs) or can you burn -r?

Yes It Play DVD+R

I use those because I managed to get 50 Memorex for like 30 bucks

What is the Correct VER.

anything under version 2. You would be a LOT better off buying swap magic.
