Hi, was testing out backing up a game for my ps2 (cdr) and for somereason i cant burn at 1x. I am using DVD Decrypter. I set the speed at 1x but when it starts to burn, in the log it says actual cd speed is 4x, so it starts burning at 4x. Is something wrong? i have a NEC DVD_RW ND-1300A dvd burner. I use sony cd-r blanks. it says 1x-48x compatible. Why cant i burn at 1x?!
thanks for the replay sly. When playing the backup i notice the ps2 starts to read hard and i can hear the lense move up and down. is that ok? and about the 1x rule. What if in the future, i wanna backup some games that use dvd? how can i burn at 1x? if my burner's lowest speed is 4x?
lol thanks for the quickness again sly. so you saying even though i set it to burn a 1x it'll burn at 4x with a cd-r? and if i put a dvd-r in and set it to burn at 1x itll stay and burn at 1x? i gotta go now so ill get right back at u tommorow. Later
