Just put a new motherboard in my system and have been having a bunch of burns and rips freeze on me. I am not sure if it is the drive or if there might be some sort of problem with the board. Has anyone had any problems with this drive? or problems after installing a new motherboard that caused freezing? Before i put the new board in i had no problems at all so i would imagine the board i bought is crap. If anyone has any suggestions let me know. At this point ill try anything.

Did you do a fresh install of Windows after you installed the new motherboard? If not you probably have a crapload of conflicting new and old drivers.
