Hi i was directed to your site by a guy at my work, and he said people here might be able to help me.

Ive got a LG GSA-4120B Dual Layered burner, and my problem is that it doesnt burn dvd r + or -

It will burn CD's, and DVDRW + & -.

each time I go to burn a DVD R, I get an error saying a reset has occured.

The guy at my dodgy local computer store says he doesnt know what it means.

The problem happened after I formatted the computer. (And ive put everything back to how it originally was)

Does anyone have a solution?
