Problems with Audio/Video Sync in Neo DVD

Hello all. I'm having difficulty maintaining audio/video sync in NEO DVD. I am using an ATI All in Wonder Card, and I capture the files before bringing them into NEO DVD Standard. Whenever I capture using their "DVD High Quality" setting, I can edit, and the audio and video stay in sync fine. The only prob is, I can only fit one hour onto a disc this way. I have tried capturing at other settings, such as "DVD Medium". The card captures the material ok, and it even maintains sync when brought into NEO. The problems start, however, when I try to edit any part of the program using "DVD Medium" (or any other capture setting lower than "High Quality.) I have written NEO several times about this, but they haven't really helped. I know it's not a memory issue (since I'm now using 512K ram.). My hard drive is also over 20 gig. Can anyone help me correct this prob? I like the program, but I'd like to be able to capture at least 2 hours to a DVD. Thanks!--Jeff
