well i am new at this whole burning thing, and u guys seem very intelligent. ok so i need some1 to tell me everything i am going to need to begin to burn my cds. Do u need a chip to play ps2 back ups? Also i have tried to copy ps1 compact disc games and these dont seem to work any suggestions?
This must be asked at least once a week. If you use the search bar at the top, I'm sure you can find what you're looking for. But I'll start you off. You need to figure out if you want to install a mod chip in your system or if you want to use swap magic...a very popular alternative. With swap magic, you never even have to open the casing of the system. Download DVD Decrypter from the link. That program will rip the disc to one ISO file so that it can be rewritten onto another disc. This will only work on DVD's...99% of PS2 games are on DVDs. When you burn/rip, make sure you're on ISO read mode...and then switch over to ISO write. It's a fool proof program, you should be fine.
