Brand new Piodata 108dx, will not read DVD's or DVD-R's, tryed Power DVD 5, Win Med 10, Nero.
Same fault as previously tryed Sony DW109.
Error message:

"A Disc with an unsupported format in drive g:"

What's happening?????
can someone help me out, gettin' desperate!!!
