would appreciate any help w/ a problem i recently started having printing my dvd labels.
i have been printing labels problem free using microsoft plus labeling tool on a hp 810c for some time. but i recently purchased a hp 7260photosmart,returned it for a 3845 deskjet thinking the other was the problem but the problem remains.
now the labels won't line up properly.seems like the printing starts to soon and finishes in the middle of the label.
i covered all the alligning routines and called hp but they claim its not the printer.
i've tried avery and memorex label but same problem occurs.also used the memorex labeling software as well.
if anyone out there has experienced this or knows of a sollution it would really make my day.
