hello. dous someone knows an good guide/program for backing up psx and ps2 games? ive tryed some guides but they don't work for me.

(my ps2 is modded with an messiah-chip, and i have an dvd burner)

I would say Get DVD Decrypter, and put your ps2 game in your computer. Open the aplication up and put it on read mode,and put it somewhere on your hard drive. After thats done , put it on write mode and burn it at 1x, with good media. That should be it.

personaly for ps2 and ps1 cd based games i would recomend the use of Alcohol 120 or clone cd

to play burnt games on your ps2 requires the use of either a mod chip or a boot disc with the fliptop/slidecard combo, you can not play burnt games without modifying your console in some way
