Hi,
I want to burn some cd's for my daughters birthday party and I want to cross-fade the tracks with no break to keep them dancing? Sorry if I'm using the wrong terms here but I am an oldie.

If someone could suggest a nice, simple & FREE software I'd much appreciate it.

Check out iTunes. Its free and fast. There is an option to have zero gaps between tracks (for CDs). All you have to do is create a playlist and then burn it. Also, as a music player it is superb.
