Big problem whit dvd Maestro

HI

dvd maestro show me an error:
Cannot create a frame SYNC word at an expected byte offset. Data might be corrupted.(0xc1700042)
this is the error

ok I used dvd decripter for rip the movie, after using dvd2avi v1.76 and 1.77 (I try with both of them) to rip the audio track an dwhit this create a ac3 file, when I tried to import this file in DVD maestro show me the error. why?????

the movie is shrek, in others movies I don´t have any problem

please I read a lot of tutorias and guides
but whitout any result

any help that you guys can provide to me will be very helpfull and welcome

The only thing I have done to correct this is to rip the original sound off the CD with Smartripper. That seems to correct the problem.
