best bios for matrix mod

Since my matrix mod only allows a 256k bios, and many of the new mods have larger than 1M bios(I believe matrix can only convert up to 1M bios to 256k), what is the best bios currently available for the matrix. I prefer a colored bios to make it easier to tell if it is working.
