I cant seem to open my bit torrent ports. I have a Belkin firewall and have configured it to open 6881-6991 port range on my static Ip. I have also tried other clients with different port ranges, so it is not my isp blocking. Believe me my settings are right on my firewall. I have no software firewall enabled.
When ever I go to http://bt.etree.org/ and download a torrent and click leeches, it still says im blocked, im puzzled as to whats causing it.
I would also like to mention my download speeds are not always mega slow. Its just the fact that bt.etree says im firewalled and I know if I could sort it out my download speeds would increase
