Can someone please suggest a program for converting wma files to mp3. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks a mill.

dBPowerAMP (dMC) is what I have been using for a long time now. It supports more audio formats than many commercial audio file converters. It installs ready to convert WAV and MP3. To do more you must download the desired audio format's codec as a plug-in (in your case WMA). dMC is also buddled with an awsome CD ripper.
dMC is "Free-ware".
