I just installed a new maxtor HD in my PS2 but i am having trouble installing the Playonline Viewer and FFXI software. I already used HDLoader to format the HD but when i put the playonline disc in it says there is no HD. What should i do??

You can only install that stuff onto an official hard drive by Sony (i think its bundled with FFXI) because I think I the sony HDD has some sort of special firmware which allows it to be recognized in the ps2
