DVD X Copy 1.5.2 error message

Hello:
I'm relatively new to burning. While attempting to copy one of my movies, I get the following message (or something worded very close to this): "Cannot initialize Media Library". I do not know what this means, nor can I figure out what to do. Any insight would be appreciated.

Take dvdxcopy and throw it out... Call it a waste of money...

Download dvdshrink from dvdshrink.org (it's FREE)
Then get a version of Nero burning software...

You got a program 10x better then xcopy for a fraction of the price....

You can get DVD Shrink, DVD Decrypter, Nero (trial), AnyDVD, CloneDVD2, etc ... from aD: http://www.afterdawn.com/software/
