I got a new burner today, an I/O Magic 16x, which is really a Benq, from what I've read. It burns ok (after some frustration) but it takes a little over an hour to burn, both at 4x and 8x. I'm using Memorex 8X DVD-Rs, and DVDShrink to burn(through Nero, I guess?)from a folder on the hard drive made by DVDdecrypter. I flashed it but no change, although that did fix the problem i was having: DVDs burned were only being recognized by one of my DVD players. After flashing, that's fixed.

Am I missing something? It seems that a 2 hour disc should take 2 hours at 1x, 1 hour at 2x, 30 min at 4x and so on?
