Trying to download I'll get this message.
'rejected by tracker - share ratio violation; please raise your share ratio up to 0.25 first'

I will gladly, but how? Can someone guide me thru the proper way to do it?

The problem is, the torrent you're trying to download from is being tracked by a tracker that actually monitors your upload. If you upload little and download a LOT, you're becoming a "leecher". In order to stop everyone being leechers and no one sharing, some trackers may reject you from download if you don't share over 25% of what you download.

Try uploading a file and leaving it on overnight.
