you would have to have a burner that supported dual-layer burning, which I can guarantee you do not. Sorry, but if you want to burn a movie > 4.37 GB you're going to have to re-encode or split it for now.

Once I've re-encoded a dvd>4.3GB wih tempenc, what is my next step? I can't find the guide for that.

Problem with dual layer is this:

DVD-R is like CD-R. It punches holes in an ink layer with a reflective top. I don't see how this can be applied to multi-layer discs.

Once you've re-encoded, you need to remux the audio with the video, then correct the VOB pointers, then burn.

Go to www.doom9.org. They have loads of in depth guides.
