OK, ive tryed like a million times to update my firmware, what im wanting to know is, what i write in the part where it says firmware, i have a MSI DR8A, ive used a few cd/dvd drive info tools and it says ATAPI DVD RW 8XMAX under firmware, ive tryed that and different similiaritys and it just doesnt do anything. One of my mates told me not to do it, but if it fucks up then i got a reason to buy a DL Burner :-D

3. Boot from your DOS floppy disk to the Real DOS mode.

4. At the command prompt.
