Been monitoring this Board for some time since begin'g
w/ older Clone/AnyDVD pair (v1.3.11.2).
Utilizing v2.0.7.3 now w/ great success, yet have seen
the program progress; they have improved the transcoder
among many other areas.
Just wondering if upgrading to current v2.5.4.3 would
offer a better final product. Have placed L.O.T.R. on
one disk w/ good result viewing on 46" WS HDTV.
Use Ritek G04 w/ Toshiba 5112 DVD-burner.
Add: Windows 98se
Appreciate much any feeback and current SW experiences.
just tried the pair with the new resident evil apocalypse movie. and it burned like a charm. just finish watching the bunrt dvd on the dvd player. and it played with no hitch. i sued the verbatim dvd+ though. but the new versions are great. it also burns dual layer copies also...sweet!!
I?ve successfully been ripping DVDs with DVD Decrypter to my hard drive then burning with DVD Shrink/Nero. When I used this approach with resident evil apocalypse, I got error messages during ripping (something about black tracks). I ultimately finished the ripping but then DVD Shrink failed. Can you elaborate a bit on how you were able to backup this DVD? Yeah, I know this is a bit slow but up until apocalypse, I?ve got great results.
