ok i just got my ice installed and working with my 120 gb hard drive. the thing is, everytime i try to flash evox from pen drive, hard drive and dvd, it just boots up the original xbox dashboard. how can i fix this? the first time i used evox v2.6 and i just tried with m8 and a little evox triangle appeared, but it was still the xbox dash
