Configuring Zone Alarm to work with Bittorrent?

I'm having a problem configuring ZA to work with BT. I don't use a router and am using ZA Pro v4.5 along with BitTornado.

In ZA under Firewall->Internet Zone Security ->custom I've allowed incoming/outgoing TCP ports 6881-6999 and have set the same port range within BitTornado.

With ZA active I get slow downloads and a Yellow light in BT. Also when I go to http://btfaq.com/natcheck.pl to check the connection with ZA active it replys with the message: Failed "The connection was successful but a timeout occured reading or writing the BitTorrent client data."

When I shut down ZA I'm then able to get a Green light and better download speeds. Then when I check the connection I get the message: "Successfully connected and received client response"

So it definitely looks to be a ZA configuration issue. I just don't know what other settings I need to adjust within ZA. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
