i recently purchased dvd wizard pro because i was under the impression that it could make back up copies of my xbox games but it can not. Also the dvd burner stopped working and i only burned two dvds. Stay away from this product. There is a money back garantee. How do i get my money back. I e-mailed them saying i want my money back but do i just delete the software or what. Please help
