I just bought Winavi 5.8 to convert my windows media files that i had downloaded and the conversion go well i guess. i go to use Winavi to burn the to dvd format so that i can play them on my dvd player and i get a resever track DVD-rx Error. this is on a brand new dvd-r disk right out of the package. Can anyone help pleases. if possible cut and past your responds to my email addres as well Firemanjoe@earthlink.net the tech support for this software sucks. thanks.
