DVD on Old TV. Please Help!!!

Hi all,
I've got this problem. I bought and DVD player. I connected to my TV and I found that image is Black and White.
It seems the problem is the TV. It's an old TV without RCA connectors. And It's only Pal. No NTCS.

Is there a way to see DVDs in color with this TV?

I tried using a RF Modulator to connect the DVD to the TV and also got Black and White image.

Any idea?
