I have an hp designjet 500, and a message came on saying error 11: code 11. does anyone know what this means?

Hey

My buddy works for HP and he suggested you check the cables (for proper seating and damage) running from the print cartridge to the electronics module. He says that error is usually a cable problem.

All I needed to do was move the printer head back and
restart the plotter. thanks for your response
