DVD Audio with Chrome/MLP

I seek advise on the use of MLP encoding with the Discwelder Chrome. I have generated stereo WAV files using Creative Audigy soundcard, and captured the WAV @24/96. The use of MLP should allow me to record more time on the DVD, so that long musical pieces can be captured on a single DVD.

My question are:
1, How can I carry the stereo files into MLP encoder because it seems to accept only left and right channel individually. Does it mean that I have to rework on WAV files into L and R clips before it can fit MLP

2, My Chrome seems to only accept upto 4GB despite the register remain green (and turn red only when the data culminates to 4.4GB).It makes authoring difficult as you never know when you have exceeded the capacity.
