Burning 739MB on 700MB Disk

I downloaded Pro Evulution Soccer 4 DVD-RIP. I extracted the RAR files and got a CUE file and a BIN File.However the BIN file is over 700MB(739MB).How do I fit this on a normal 700MB CD

Just burn the .cue file. It will fit properly.
