first you wil need to use win rar to extract the image file from the compressed archive you have, when you have extracted the image you should get some files with endings like bin/cue or mds/mdf

those files look like they were created by clone cd so you can use clone cd to burn them or you should also be able to use Alcohol 120 aswell

ok insert a blank cdr in your writer and load up a120 and select the image burning wizard, on the next window browse to the folder were your psx files are saved and select it, at the bottom of that window either tick/untick delete image file after burning, click next, on the next window that opens select your writer and burn speed(would suggest a write speed of either 4x or 8x)at the bottom were it says data type select playstation from the dropdown menu, click the start button

looks like someone been altering the file extensions to create confusion as the 3 extensions you should have are .ccd, .sub, .img try altering the file with the .emc extension to .img and see if that solves it

just try remaming it, right click on the file and select rename from the menu, it will turn blue and a box appear around the file name, click at the end of the file extention and delete the letters after the . then type the extention img in its place, might be an idea to write down the whole file name and extention on a piece of paper incase you accidently delete the whole file name and extension then you can just re type it back in

to be honest probably the best way to write this file would be to use clone to burn it as that's the program that created the image in the first place
