This is my first time posting here on a subject I'm not that farmiliar with so please forgive my ignorance in advance. I have a 52" RCA (scenium) HDTV and have been looking at an HP Media Center computer that claims compatability with cable, satelite, or just plain tv hookup. I want to record tv and burn to DVD (the main reason i'm interested), but wouldn't mind browsing the internet or veiwing jpeg (from my Kodak DX7440)or mpeg from my tv or even playing PC games. The tv has 6 inputs (i'm only using 3 right now). Is it really as simple as pluging this computer inline with my direct tv? I'm sure i'm being way to optimistic. Any help or insight is greatly appreciated. thanks
