dvd dual-layer +RW Traxdata Loading problems

I've just wasted money on two discs that wont play in my PC or home player.

As per usual I decrypted the disc, then in DVD2one I chose dual layer full movie and then as per usual NTI to burn it. My pioneer 108 handles dual layer but the problem is it wont play. It will if i open the VOB files manually but won't start.

Any suggestions
