Aladdin Programmer - chip not detected

I order a Aladdin Live w/ programmer, I plug it in the LTP port then plug in the USB cable and the programmer 1.0 software does not detected the chip. How can I find out what my 3 digit LTP port number is? I dont know if i have the right numbers under the "setup" Menu.

Had The same problem, have you attached the BT pad on the chip to earth as shown here
hope its some help.
