Stream Writing error after cutting mpeg file; HELP!

Yeah, i followed the online guide and everything worked perfectly until i got to splitting my mpeg file. The video part is ok, the audio part is ok but the problem occurs in the output to file line. It begins to go but stops and there is a message that says "! stream writing error" I wish i can get this going, it is really making me frustrated. Thank you soo much! P.S. my file is 1.2 GB where should i cut it?
